01Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account security. Keep your password safe and don't share it with others. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
02Permitted Uses
Generate images for your e-commerce business, content creation, design projects, learning, and personal projects. Commercial licensing is included with your subscription.
03Prohibited Uses
The following uses result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- Generating inappropriate content involving minors
- Impersonating others (deepfakes, fraud)
- Removing other creators' attribution or reselling generated results
- Any content that violates the laws of the target country / region
04Copyright and Intellectual Property
You own the copyright to images you upload. You also own the copyright to AI-generated output (Pro and above plans include a worldwide commercial license). BestPNG retains the intellectual property of its models and platform.
05Service Availability
We commit to a 99.95% monthly availability SLA for Business users. Scheduled maintenance is announced 72 hours in advance.
06Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime; the subscription runs until the end of the current period. Accounts that violate these terms will be terminated immediately.
07Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". BestPNG makes no warranty as to the specific accuracy or commercial fitness of generated content.
08Governing Law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Overseas users should refer to the English version and the GDPR supplementary terms.
