01Subscription Refunds
Full refund if you haven't used any credits; non-refundable once used.
Renewal refund: refunded proportionally based on unused days.
Process: Account Center → Subscription Management → Request Refund, reviewed within 48 hours.
02Credit Pack Refunds
Unused: full refund within 30 days.
Partially used: refunded proportionally based on remaining credits (consumed portion is non-refundable).
03Credits for Failed Generations
Failed or partially failed generation tasks: credits for the failed portion are automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
Caused by our failure (5xx / model errors): all credits are refunded, with no limit on the number of times.
04Non-Refundable Cases
Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service.
Images generated with a credit pack that have been downloaded and clearly used in a commercial project for more than 7 days.
05Refund Method
Refunded via the original payment method. Credit cards arrive in 3-7 business days, WeChat Pay in 24-72 hours.
06Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact billing@bestpng.com and a representative will respond within 5 business days.
